Loren is the founder and principal of JUSTCM and has over 39 years of construction industry experience. Loren’s background in construction and finance, along with his passion in contract law, has developed a recipe for success. Loren has held the title of business owner, estimator, project manager, scheduler, contract administrator, cost engineer, procuring agent, corporate finance officer and has successfully managed thousands of contractual interactions.

Loren has experience with K-12 educational facilities, university campuses and commercial buildings. He also has extensive experience in medical facilities, sewage treatment facilities, jails, heavy industrial facilities, parking garages, retail facilities, restaurants, railroads, aviation and cold food storage.

JEFF CHRISSIKOS

With a Construction Management degree from Purdue University and 34 years of industry experience, Jeff has an extensive background in estimating and project management with a primary focus on pre-construction estimating for the past twenty years in the public and private sectors. He has co-managed a general contracting design build company in the past and has served on leadership teams for two mid-sized self-performing general contractors. As a chief estimator for the past 15 years his responsibilities included daily operations of estimating departments including bidding, pre-construction, strategic planning, talent acquisition, goal setting and training. Skill sets include cost modeling at all design phases including concept, schematic, design development and construction documents, data analysis, value engineering, scheduling, establishing department procedures as well as BIM (Building Information Modeling) utilizing Revit Architecture and Navisworks Manage. To date Jeff has estimated over 2 billion in awarded contract value on projects ranging in size from $ 1,000,000 to $ 100,000,000. Market sectors include commercial office buildings, retail, hospitality, correctional, K-12, upper education, industrial, wastewater and water treatment facilities, sports facilities, parking garages and healthcare facilities.
